Hi arcade fans! We have an important announcement to make. Please know this was not an easy decision, but Reset Games Arcade Edition will be closing our doors at Barkley Boulevard on September 30, 2020. This will not be affecting the video game retail next door. Without knowing when arcades and similar businesses may be able to safely open again, we had to make some really difficult choices. We would love for this not to be the end if things can come together later, but for now, Bellingham will be in our hearts. The machines will be redistributed to all of our other locations – this will include the bars in Edmonds, Marysville, and Bremerton (more info on those locations via the links on the left hand side of this website); as well as some of our retail locations when we’re safely able to turn the machines on, in case you want to visit a favorite!
If you had an outstanding Groupon voucher, please keep an eye out for an email from Groupon customer service regarding your refund. We’ll still be checking messages here for a little while after closure, but your best bet will be to email email@example.com if you have any questions and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
Thank you to everyone who supported us these last five years, we seriously could not have made it this far without you. We have absolutely loved being a part of this community by bringing the joy of beer to those of age, and the joy of pinball and arcade games to everyone who visited. Seeing kids learning and enjoying what their parents played, and seeing adults get to relive their childhood for a little while, was such a wholesome experience.

Hi everyone! As of June 26th, as per Governor Inslee’s statewide mandate, facial coverings are now required for entry into our stores. If you arrive without one of your own, we have basic masks available for sale. If you’re unable to wear a mask for medical reasons, we’re still offering curbside service from 11am – 7pm every day! Here are all the current phase 2 guidelines, in summary:
- Facial covering required
- Maintain 6 foot social distance minimum
- No more than 5 customers in the store at a time
- Please limit your visit to 20 minutes
Thank you for your understanding as we do our best to make sure everyone is safe in our locations!
You may have already heard, but our counties have been approved to move on to Phase 2 in the WA State Safe Recovery Plan! This means that STARTING JUNE 6TH at 11 am, we will be able to allow customers into the store, with a few state-mandated restrictions:
– Our employees will be wearing masks, we ask that you please wear a mask, as well!
– We will be able to allow a maximum of 5 customers in the store at any time.
– There will be a 20 minute limit on time spent in the store.
– 6 foot social distancing *must* be maintained.
We will be sanitizing all surfaces and contact points regularly. We don’t really know how this is all going to go, so please know that our hours may be subject to change, but we’ll make sure to keep our online listings updated.
Curbside service will still be available to any customers that would prefer not to come in the store.
Let’s all do our best to stay safe and make sure we can stay in Phase 2 for now!

Hope you’re all safe and well and entertained! We’ve been selling quite a few things on the old internets, which is amazing. Thank you all so incredibly much for your support right now, it really does light up our lives to know you’re thinking of us.
Starting today, we will be accepting curbside dropoffs for trade-ins at our Bellingham and Edmonds locations. Bellingham is currently only able to issue store credit or a check for the amount of the trade-in; Edmonds can do store credit or cash/check. Employees are allowed to turn away any trade-in that’s too messy, so please clean and organize beforehand.
We are also offering curbside order pickup!
We’re unable to have customers in the stores to browse, so please call Bellingham or Edmonds, reach out to us on social media, or email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information and so we can make sure we have what you’re looking for. We will also only be offering the service at certain times depending on the store, so check in with us.
Employees will be wearing masks, but if you’re able to wear one, as well, I know they would appreciate it! <3

Now taking pre orders AND regular orders via email (email@example.com)! We are OUT OF SWITCHES. I’m really sorry!
We’ve been testing the waters and we think we have a system down to be able to take your orders and ship them to your house. A website is a big commitment that we just aren’t quite ready for, with 4 stores and very limited staff, so we’re going to try this. There are a few restrictions and it’s just little ol’ me, so we really appreciate your patience as I get to orders as quickly as I can. We’re sending PayPal invoices with shipping starting at $4.99 depending on the order, and you don’t have to have a PayPal account to pay the invoice! You can use any credit/debit card you like. POS receipts with our return policy will be generated and emailed to you.
We can also do gift cards! We can either mail you a physical gift card free of charge, or we can add the credit to your account for later use (note you will need to be present to use it in-store when we’re allowed to re-open).
So just send an email to “firstname.lastname@example.org” with what you’re looking for, and we’ll get the process started!
With Persona 5 Royal, Resident Evil 3, and Final Fantasy 7 Remake coming soon, we’re going to try something new! We’ve opened pre orders, and are currently accepting payments only through PayPal. Pre orders are currently *only* shipping, we won’t be doing any curbside pickups as of now, as it’s just a little too risky.

Due to the City of Edmonds Stay At Home Order, our Edmonds location is currently closed.
Our other locations are still open until further notice, and we are enacting a 2-customer limit within the stores to be doubly sure everyone is able to maintain a safe distance within the store. This will also help us provide full and efficient help for the customers that are there. We want to make sure everyone is able to get what they need, but we need to take a few precautions, so we really appreciate your patience as we figure out the best way to do this at minimal risk to everyone involved.
We don’t know how long the Edmonds closure will be in effect, so as new releases come out, the current plan is to move pre orders over to Lynnwood for customers to pick up there. If that doesn’t work for some reason, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll see what we can work out!

We will still be doing a 9:00 release for Animal Crossing, but for the health and safety of our employees and our customers, there will need to be a few conditions.
- Effective tomorrow (3/17/20), our new store hours are 12:00 pm – 5:30 pm, except for Thursday 3/19/20, when we will be re-opening at 9 pm to sell Animal Crossing New Horizons.
- We will require a full-pay pre order in order to pick up your copy of Animal Crossing New Horizons at 9 pm on 3/19/20.
- This is to make sure everyone gets out as quickly as possible, as we will be operating outside of normal hours at that point and there will also likely be a large number of people.
- We will be allowing pre orders until 5:30 pm on 3/19, before which you can definitely bring trade-ins to pay for the game, but no trade ins will be processed after 5:30 pm or at 9 pm on 3/19.
- ETA: We will be checking IDs, so please make sure the name on the account that placed the pre order matches the name on the ID of the person picking up the game!
- Customers will be asked to maintain a 6 foot distance at all times from employees as well as other customers. Within reason, of course, we’re not going to throw your game at you or drop it and run 🙂
